The computer science program is establishing a Virtual Reality laboratory and seeks to place three Metaquest VR systems with supporting applications. This allows the students to develop immersive simulations for science, mathematics, and engineering - a growing need in many regional industries. In total, this project costs just under $2,500 and it, along with other initiatives, will make an immediate impact in the program.
