Gordon Magee - Memorial Gifts

Gordon Magee Memorial Gifts

The family of Gordon Magee, a 1982 Northwestern alumnus is grateful for the love and support shown during this time as he was called home to be with the Lord. As an adult student, Gordon raised his family on campus while playing basketball and starring as Tevye in the premiere production of Fiddler on the Roof in Totino Hall. Northwestern became a foundational for his faith and future ministry as a pastor. He had the joy of seeing the legacy continue as his three daughters attended Northwestern, followed by four of his grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the Magee family invites friends and loved ones to honor Gordon’s life with a gift to the Northwestern Scholarship Fund. Gordon would have been delighted to help carry forward Northwestern’s legacy of preparing leaders for generations to come. These memorial gifts help students who might not otherwise be able to afford a Christ-centered education pursue their God-given calling. Each gift honors Gordon’s life and faith while extending his legacy through the lives of students who will go on to serve in their churches, communities, and professions for years to come.
